Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Salary: £25,000 - £31,000 per annum DOE
Cooper Lomaz are excited to be supporting a business based in Bury St Edmunds to source a Project Coordinator. The role is available on a full-time permanent basis where you will be supporting the wider IT Team with the implementation of their products.
Role Overview:
You will play a crucial role in supporting the projects team and wider IT team to ensure the projects meet agreed SLAs. You will be working with the client customers, liaising with progress producing reports, and ensuring that the documents are stored and handled accordingly.
Role Responsibilities:
Using the company's CRM and cloud storage, maintain accurate document management.
Keeping the project documentation up to date to ensure progress if followed accordingly.
Order, record and forecast orders to ensure that there are no delays with the projects.
Clearly communicate between the client and customer to ensure progress on project flow.
Required Skills:
Have experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
Experience working within a project coordinator role is desirable.
Have experience working with document management, purchase order raising and maintaining accurate information.
Have clear and effective communication.
This is an onsite role where you will be expected to be based out of their Bury St Edmund office.
