A confident project coordinator required to assist on a large and exciting office refurbishment project three days a week based out of their Maple Cross site
The Project Coordinator Role
The successful project coordinator will be required to support a team of 12-15 (architects, surveyors, directors and more) on a large refurbishment project.
Project support
Document management (e-filing)
Manging project diaries
Taking minutes and distributing minutes
Use of Publisher, Word and Excel for spreadsheets
Updating database
Keeping an accurate update of project records
Administrative support
Liaising with internal and external parties
Must have excellent time management skills
Must have previous construction industry experience
Must be highly organisedThis is an 18-month contract, with potential of becoming a permanent role depending on project.
