Job Opportunity: Junior Project Manager/Office Projects Assistant

Location: Henley-on-Thames
Salary: £28,000 - £40,000
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Role

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organised Junior Project Manager/Office Projects Assistant to join the team. This role will involve a combination of office-based work and regular site visits, providing a great opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in project management within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in managing high-end residential and commercial building projects.

* Handle project administration tasks, including financial works and procurement management.

* Regularly visit project sites, liaising with founders and site managers to ensure project progression.

* Maintain professional client communications via email and face-to-face meetings.

* Organize and manage teams, ensuring smooth project operations.

* Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks and project management.

* Contribute to the preparation of project documents and reports.

Requirements:

* Must have a valid driving license.

* Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Strong organizational skills with experience in team coordination.

* Professional demeanour with the ability to interact effectively with clients.

* Competitive and driven personality, eager to contribute to project success.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Flexibility to work from home as needed.
