About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to coordinate projects from order through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and installation teams. You will play a key role in managing schedules, conducting site surveys, coordinating fitters, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from order through to installation and completion.
Conduct site surveys following initial training on company systems and products.
Coordinate and manage subcontracted fitters.
Organise and maintain installation schedules and fitting diaries.
Liaise with customers and fitters to ensure smooth project delivery.
Handle any on-site or customer-related issues professionally and efficiently.
Input and manage quotations and project information accurately.
Act as a customer-facing representative of the business.
Ensure all projects are delivered with a high level of attention to detail.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
Requirements / Skills:
Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar role within the KBB or interiors sector.
Ideally from a fitting background or possess a strong understanding of kitchen installations.
Ability to read and interpret kitchen plans, drawings, and renders.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
