Project Coordinator
Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a specialist within building management systems (BMS) and building controls.
A vert forward thinking business who work on a range of specialist projects across London and the south east working with clients across facilities maintenance and mechanical and electrical.
Due to the companies continued success and growth, they are looking to hire a project coordinator in a key delivery position for the business.
Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000

The Role:
This is a key project delivery role and will support the commercial team for the delivery of successful Building management system projects across London and the S.E.
You will be involved in planning and organising labour and materials for projects
Assisting in managing engineers and coordinating diaries
Ordering or materials
Assisting in planning of small works and remedial projects and facilitating these jobs
Attending customer sites
Requirements:
We are seeking an ambitious individual who is also well organised
You will have good experience in project coordinating and delivering of projects
Strong general operational delivery
Any exposure to building controls is beneficial but is not essential
Excellent customer facing skills
