Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator/Project Manager to join their team.
Location: Home based working with travel to customer sites/projects - Must hold a driving licence.
Role Overview:
The Project coordinator/Project Manager supports the end-to-end design and delivery of projects that drive digital transformation in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), and manufacturing industries by providing technology, consulting, services that build a more sustainable and efficient future, helping clients streamline workflows, reduce costs, and drive innovation. Whilst owning project governance, timelines, and stakeholder alignment you will work closely with our sales teams to identify and document customers' objectives and measurable outcomes. You will orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve these outcomes producing a wide range of deliverables and activities.

1) Architecture & Engineering
Supporting opportunity discovery, requirements analysis, and solution definition
Produce high quality customer facing project documentation and proposals, following the clients project management architecture.
2) Project Management & Delivery
Own delivery plans, milestones, resourcing, and stakeholder communication.
Drive scope management, change control, and commercial alignment
Track delivery KPIs and produce executive-level reporting
3) Client Engagement & Consulting
Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders and delivery teams
Advise on digital standards and protocols
4) Quality, Security & Compliance
Manage milestones and quality control for appropriate deliverables
Design for security and compliance
5) Knowledge, Enablement & Reuse
Contribute to the measurement and reporting of project process success and continuous improvement.
Coach colleagues and contribute to communities of practice Required Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
3+ years proven experience in managing multiple concurrent technology projects, to successful completion and able to demonstrate hands-on expertise.
Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, change management, and delivery methodologies
Excellent communication skills, coupled with exemplary stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong technical expertise with strategic thinking to design and deliver robust, scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
Desirable:
Knowledge of the Autodesk software and platforms used in the AEC and manufacturing industries.
Awareness of the Autodesk Platform Services and cloud technologies.
Formal Project Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ
Direct exposure to client BIM protocols and ISO 19650
Skills & Competencies
Client Engagement: Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and align solutions with business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, analysts, and project stakeholders to ensure feasibility and adoption.
Pragmatic delivery focus
Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 software suite.
Travel & Working Pattern
UK travel to customer offices/sites (10-30% typical)
Home working with on-site presence during workshops and deployments
