Job title: Project Controls Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: Subject to clearance
Salary: £Competitive Per Annum + Car Allowance + Benefits 25 Days Holiday, Pension.
Location: Near Whitehaven
Hours of work: 40 Hours Per Week - Fully Site Based

Main Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* As the Project Controls Manager you will manage, administer and maintain the Project Cost Forecasting & Cost Management systems.
* You will develop a suitable control system in order to assist in cost, time and performance management.
* You will be responsible for managing project costs including planning, developing, controlling and forecasting the projects budgets.
* You will co-ordinate and submit KPI information to client, including internal liaison with relevant team member for required supporting input and information.
* You will administer monthly internal cost / value reconciliation and assist and other Commercial team members in submitted payments application and other client require reports.
* You will advise project team of cost coding and budgets for the preparation of requisitions & subcontract orders.

Experience/Qualifications:
* All candidates must have 5 years experience with cost management systems - Essential
* All candidate must hold a degree or equivalent in relevant industry - Essential
* Candidates must be Proficient in using Microsoft Excel - Advanced - Essential
* Candidates will have great attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills
* Candidates must have previous Nuclear site projects experience
* Candidates preferably will have experience/worked in Civil or Construction industry previously - Desirable
