SFR Recruitment Solutions are working on an exclusive retained assignment to recruit a Project Consultant for a growing, specialist manufacturer within the healthcare and construction sector.

???? The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at the forefront of specialist product innovation, working closely with NHS Trusts, architects, and contractors to support projects from initial concept through to completion.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring solutions are specified correctly and delivered to meet both clinical and operational needs.

???? Key Responsibilities

* Build strong relationships with NHS estates teams, architects, contractors and project managers

* Provide technical and product guidance to support specification and design decisions

* Manage projects from initial enquiry through to specification and delivery

* Produce accurate, compliant specifications in collaboration with internal teams

* Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities via CRM systems

* Attend site visits, offering technical support to keep projects on track

* Ensure consistent follow-up and progression through the project lifecycle

✅ What We’re Looking For

* Experience in specification sales, project consultancy or technical sales

* Background in construction, building products, or healthcare environments

* Strong understanding of the specification process and project lifecycle

* Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across complex projects

* Commercial awareness with a proactive, consultative approach

* Comfortable managing multiple projects and travel across your region

???? Desirable Experience

* Knowledge of healthcare or mental health design environments

* Understanding of specialist safety-led solutions

* CSCS and/or SMSTS certification

* Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
