The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Commissioning Administrator to join a dynamic project Team, to work on a major capital investment project being undertaken in Runcorn.

The role
As a Project Commissioning Administrator, you will be Providing administrative support and interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.

Estimated Duration - 6 months.
This role has been deemed inside of IR35.

Your duties and responsibilities will be
Data Transfer from Contractor systems into company Systems.
Arranging meetings, issuing meeting invites, distributing agendas and meeting minutes.
Actively chasing and monitoring the completion of key project actions.
Monitoring and ordering of stationary and other items requested by the commissioning / Start up team with project approval. You will have the following qualifications & experience
IT literate with excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel.
Experience of SharePoint systems helpful.
Technical expertise with Chemical Plant systems e.g. Line Diagrams/Datasheets useful but not essential.
Driving license (Essential)
Methodical work ethic; ensuring consistency in output.
Comfortable working in a construction & Technical production environment.
Capable of working independently, multitasking, and prioritising workload.
Good communication skills essential (written and verbal).
Excellent organisation skills.It’s great if you also have the following
