Job Title: Project Co-ordinator (12-Month FTC)
Location: Birmingham (3 days in the office and 2 days working from Home)
Salary: Up to £40,000, based on experience

About The Company:
  
Our client is a dynamic organisation seeking a dedicated Project Co-ordinator to join their team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will play a crucial role in managing the clearance and disposal of our property portfolio, ensuring their assets are protected and their internal systems are accurately updated.
  
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the clearance of furniture and items from closed branches within specified timeframes.
Manage approved contractors to deliver efficient services.
Liaise with the wider team and keep them informed of any changes.
Work with appointed Managing Agents to provide information on residential properties being disposed of.
Maintain accurate property management data systems.
Provide general property advice to the property team and senior leadership.
Support the Head of Estates in delivering the property strategy.   
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar role within a property function.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Can-do attitude with extensive understanding of property compliance.   
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Essential experience in managing projects through to completion.
Preferably experienced in both residential and commercial property.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
Higher education preferred, but experience is highly valued.
Proficiency in MS Office and general PC literacy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Effective multitasking and time-management abilities.
Strong client-facing skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships at all levels.
