Referral programmeKey Responsibilities of a Project Co-ordinator:
Being responsible for driving all delivery orders forward, making sure orders are delivered on time
Provisioning circuits on carrier portals
Keeping the customers informed during delivery and installation with high-level customer service
Ensuring the engineers assigned to the customers sold solution has the correct skill sets
Liaising with relevant departments within the business, and taking ownership of ordersKey Skills and Experience of a Project Co-ordinator:
You should have administration experience with a 'can do' attitude
You will have experience responding to customer emails and have excellent written communication skills
Influencing and interpersonal skills are required for this role
Being proficient with Microsoft Office and have a good understanding of web browsers and databases is essential
