The Role:

As a Project Co-ordinator, you will be at the heart of our equipment fit-out projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of the project are aligned and executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

* Coordinate and oversee all project activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.

* Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

* Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.

* Support the project manager in day-to-day project administration and coordination tasks.

* Proven experience as a Project Co-ordinator, ideally within an equipment fit-out or similar industry.

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
