Description:
We are working with our client who are a leading manufacturing company in the search for a Project Technical Assistant.
You will work alongside the sales team ensuring customers are sent accurate quotations and technical information.
* Ensure technical information is accurate and up to date in the responses given to customers.
* Send out quotes to customers
* Conduct and provide customer sizing calculations.
* Produce drawings for sites and specific installation opportunities. (Training Given)
* Ensure CRM is fully up to date
* Ensure all stakeholders and customers are up to date with order status
The person:
* Experience in a tehcnical based role
* Able to effectively communicate with customers and manage budgets and timelines
