Description:
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established, multidisciplinary property consultancy with over 30 professionals across the UK. Due to continued organic growth and an expanding project portfolio, our client is seeking an Architect who is interested in developing into a Project Manager, offering a genuinely unique career path beyond a traditional architectural role.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team delivering projects from initial concept through to completion, with project values ranging from £100,000 to £15 million. The practice works predominantly across the Education sector, including schools, colleges, universities and multi-academy trusts, whilst also delivering work across a variety of other sectors. Unlike many architectural positions, this role provides the opportunity to remain involved throughout the entire lifecycle of a project, from design and specification through to project delivery on site.
The successful Architect will join the Manchester office, working closely with experienced Project Managers and Designers, with clear progression into managing their own projects if desired. The business is flexible enough to accommodate individuals who prefer a stronger design focus, whilst also supporting those looking to develop commercial and project management responsibilities.
