Salary: £42-45,000
A well-established architectural practice based in Northampton is looking to appoint a talented Project Architect to join its growing team. Producing detailed technical drawings, specifications and construction information in Revit
Leading the technical design and coordination of projects across a range of sectors
Working closely with architects, consultants, contractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle
Making sure projects comply with building regulations, planning requirements and industry standards
Supporting delivery across all RIBA work stages, from early design through to completion
Offering technical guidance and resolving design and construction issues as projects developAbout You
Proven experience as an Architect within a UK architectural practice
Solid knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methods and technical detailing
Proficient in Revit
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Able to balance competing priorities while contributing effectively to a collaborative team
