Are you an experienced Project Architect with a passion for high-end residential properties and commercial projects? Our client, a bespoke and ambitious studio based in London, is seeking a talented individual to join their team. With a focus on luxury residential projects including new builds, bespoke extensions, and renovations, as well as occasional commercial schemes, this is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled architect to make their mark and provide incredible influence to people's homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of high-quality architectural projects, from concept through to completion.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and the internal team to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.
Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using Vectorworks software.
Oversee site visits and liaise with contractors to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members when necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Architect, with a focus on high-end residential properties and commercial projects.
Proficiency in Vectorworks is essential.
Strong design and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the confidence to liaise with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant architectural qualifications and ARB registration required .
