Description:

Our client, an established property developer, are seeking a Project Architect to join their team based in Farringdon. They have developed new clients within the area and are seeking a talented Project Architect with excellent design skills to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Architect to further their career within a busy and thriving environment.

The most successful Project Architect should have design flare and should be able to display this with a high-quality portfolio. Our client has developed a well-established business model, with many clients in and around London. They pride themselves on their approach to Architecture taking a sustainable approach to all of their work. Projects vary from single dwelling, bespoke projects to larger scale projects. Experience with facing clients will highly advantageous for the most successful Project Architect, as they will have to liaise with clients as well as the local councils. Our client predominantly works within the residential, conservation and hospitality sectors so ideally the successful candidate will have experience in one of these sectors. Our client uses Vectorworks as their primary software so previous use of this software would be essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architect to further their career within a busy office with a vast & interesting pipeline of projects, predominately within the residential & hospitality sectors. You will have the opportunity to work within a property developer that has a real 360 degree aspect to their business.

Project Architect Position Overview

Liaising with clients on site & attending site meetings
Producing high-quality drawings on Vectorworks
Meeting with the council & other professionals
Working on various exciting projects in the Hospitality & Residential sectors
Work closely with clients
Design stunning projects and manage them from Inception to Stage 4Project Architect Position Requirements

Proficiency with Vectorworks software
Good knowledge of planning applications / process
Design flare
Good client facing skills
Site experience
ARB Qualified Architect
Prior experience working on Hospitality or Residential sectors highly advantageous
Have good travel links with the Farringdon area
Highly motivated & team player Project Architect Position Remuneration
