Exclusively available through Conrad Consulting, seasoned Project Architect required to join an award-winning design-led Architectural practice in Sheffield to spearhead the delivery of a stunning portfolio of projects encompassing future built sustainable city neighbourhoods and beautifully designed bespoke new homes . Additional exciting schemes include a net zero office building and various mixed-use regeneration projects all with a focus on sustainability through design.
The Practice currently in there 21st year of trading are of medium sized business and have a welcoming contemporary open plan studio space in the heart of Sheffield and Manchester City, they are a true multi-disciplinary practice with specialist in house divisions sitting alongside their Architects & Designers.

Project Architect responsibilities.

You will be a proven job-runner with circa 5-10 years' experience (although this is open to a degree of flexibility), an effective communicator and a lead-figure in the office. Someone with a proven track-record of completed projects within the Residential / mixed use living sectors sectors and a portfolio to match. Project work is completed primarily using REVIT, so it is essential for candidates to display some level of experience in this area. You will also be required to take on team leadership responsibilities, the successful Senior Architect will be expected to manage and offer mentorship support to a small team of 3-4 people and work on projects across all RIBA stages.

Responsibilities of the Project Architect

Provide design and technical leadership for the successful delivery major projects.
Lead, manage and inspire a team by demonstrating the highest design standards and skills.
Ensure design responses are of the highest standard and exceed the client expectations.
Development of the design culture and capability of our design team(s)
Develop and sustaining relationships with existing and new clients.
Have a passion for all things sustainability.Skills & Experience for the Project Architect

Seasoned ARB/RIBA Project Architect from an Architectural Practice background.
Proven track record of completed projects within the living sector
Excellent communication skills: Written & Verbal.
Team management experience.
On-site delivery experience.
REVIT & AutoCAD fluency
Solid client facing / relationship building experience.
Become an ambassador for the practice.The salary on offer for this position is between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + generous benefits package and fluid agile working model.
