Our client, a highly reputable architectural practice, are seeking a talented Project Architect to join their expanding team to work on a range of projects within their Canterbury Studio.
The successful Project Architect will evidence keen attention to detail and high-quality examples of work. Project Architect Position Overview
Delivery of architectural projects through all work / RIBA stages
lead a design team at times
Work on an exciting range of conservation / historic buildings
Occasional site visits
Submission of planning / building regs
Help with and coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information
Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals
Participate in team meetingsProject Architect Position Requirements
ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect with 1 + years' experience within the UK
Excellent design and drawing skills
Experience or enthusiasm working with historic buildings
Proven experience working on all RIBA stages
Have ability to manage day-to-day project running independently
Have the ability to work successfully within a team
Personable, confident and with a strong sense of team spirit
Competent in technical detailing
Proficient using AutoCAD, knowledge of Revit and NBS (Chorus) would also be desirableProject Architect Position Remuneration
