Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
An established and highly respected architectural practice specialising in bespoke high-end residential design is looking for a Project Architect to join its growing Berkshire studio. Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day delivery of bespoke residential projects across all RIBA work stages
* Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
* Develop and produce high-quality design proposals, technical packages, specifications, and construction information
* Monitor project programmes, budgets, resources, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
* Lead consultant coordination and resolve technical and design challenges as projects progress
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
* Support and mentor junior members of the team where appropriate
* Promote sustainable design principles and contribute to the delivery of environmentally responsible projects
Skills & Experience
* ARB-registered Architect with proven UK project delivery experience
* Demonstrable experience delivering high-end private residential projects through multiple RIBA stages
* Strong technical knowledge with the ability to coordinate complex residential schemes
* Confident managing client relationships, consultants, and project teams
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Experience using Vectorworks would be advantageous
* Good understanding of sustainable design principles, with Passivhaus knowledge or certification considered beneficial
* Commercial awareness with the ability to balance design quality, programme requirements, and project budgets
