Job Overview
An opportunity to join a leisure team delivering sports and leisure projects across the country. Based in Manchester, this role suits an ARB-registered architect with at least five years' post-qualification experience, proven leisure sector experience and confident project-running skills. You will lead design and delivery across all RIBA stages, coordinating project teams, clients and external stakeholders while applying relevant Sport England Design standards.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead design and delivery across all RIBA stages
Coordinate internal teams and external project stakeholders
Manage programmes and agreed project milestones
Lead client meetings and project discussions
Apply Sport England Design standards to leisure projectsSkills & Experience Required
At least five years' post-qualification experience
Proven sports and leisure project experience
Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills
Confident client and stakeholder management skills
Strong project running and organisational abilitiesSalary & Benefits
Up to £48,000 dependent on experience
