Project Architect Salary: £40-44,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded RIBA Chartered Practice known for delivering award-winning architectural projects across the retail and commercial sectors. They are seeking an ambitious and talented Project Architect to join their growing studio based in Harrogate.

Lead projects from the initial brief and concept stages through to final completion
Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including design development, technical coordination, and programme management
Produce and coordinate planning applications and detailed information for Building Regulations submissions
Liaise closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider design teams to ensure project requirements are effectively coordinated
Undertake site visits and surveys, monitor construction progress, and ensure designs comply with the necessary technical requirements
Manage and lead project teams to ensure schemes are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budgetSkills and experience for the role of Project Architect:
ARB-registered Architect with a recognised architectural qualification
Relevant post-qualification experience within a UK-based architectural practice
Proven experience delivering projects through all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work
Experience working on complex projects across a range of sectors, with retail and commercial experience being particularly beneficial
Knowledge and experience of Revit would be an advantage
Good working knowledge of UK planning legislation and Building Regulations
Strong capabilities in design development, technical detailing, and project coordination
Excellent communication, organisational, and client-facing skills
Ability to confidently lead projects independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams
