Are you a skilled Project Analyst ready to take on a challenging opportunity? Join our client's team at as a Change Management Group (CMG) Project Analyst. This role is based at our London office, with a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote.

Role Overview:
As a Change Management Group (CMG) - Project Analyst, you will support the Senior Project Manager in various project management tasks. This includes tracking project deliverables and milestones, documenting meeting outcomes, coordinating project reporting cycles, and ensuring adherence to project governance arrangements. You will also provide project support, maintaining project plans and documentation, and contributing to the delivery of business systems to meet identified requirements.

Key Role and Daily Tasks:

Implement governance standards across projects, including tracking and updating project deliverables.
Monitor project-level risks and actions within the RAID log.
Carry out assurance review processes as required.
Ensure consistent implementation of standards across the project portfolio.
Adhere to the Programme and Project lifecycle and methodology.
Organise workshops and meetings, documenting outcomes.
Utilise project templates to support Project Managers.
Update and administer project plans as required.
Manage communications from the Project mailbox, including regular reporting cycle requests.
Prepare consolidated material from project reports for monthly review.
Distribute monthly portfolio-level reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in project coordination/administration is desired.
Exposure to the end-to-end project lifecycle or substantial parts of it is advantageous.
Familiarity with structured project management frameworks.
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
Ability to manage stakeholder groups effectively.
Prioritisation skills to balance key priorities.
Customer-centric approach.
Analytical mindset and inquisitive nature.
Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Good time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
