Project Administrator
My client are delivering a renewables technology project into the Glasgow area and are seeking a Project Administrator to work with the team.
You will be based in Glasgow and supporting their team of Engineering and Contracts staff on the delivery of this multi-million pound project.
What will you be doing:
Supporting Contracts Manager and Engineering staff in arranging their weekly work.
Managing the incoming and ordering of equipment and logistics from the project offices in Glasgow
Occasional travel between sites - Driving licence essential
Keeping engineering diaries and timelines up to date.
Speaking to customers to arrange access for engineers.
Ideally you will have a strong administrative background - supporting technical staff in either construction, engineering or manufacturing environment.
You will be confident on a range of IT software systems and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
There will be occasional liaison with members of the public and polite and confident skills are necessary.
This is a permanent role and the salary is likely to be £25,000 - £29,000 + benefits.
