Description:

Project Administrator required for a major offshore wind developer based in England

Responsibilities

Provide support to the project management team and Resource and Recruitment Manager, including scheduling meetings, arranging interviews, managing calendars, and handling formal correspondence, along with other ad-hoc tasks.
Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external partners.
Schedule, prepare for, and document project meetings, ensuring that minutes and action items are distributed.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Assist in the coordination of project events, workshops, and team-building activities.Requirements

Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred.
Technically proficient. Proficiency in standard office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint,SharePoint, etc.). Some knowledge of other office systems such as electronic document management would be an advantage but is not essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with team members and external contacts
