Description:

We now have an exciting opportunity available with our client for a Project Administrator! You'll be joining an established, fast growing company and it will be your job to support the Project Manager, esnuring that projects are running smoothly, finances are managed and deadlines are hit.

Principal responsibilities:

*

Setting up internal and external project meetings.

*

General office support/admin duties which include managing post, ordering stationary and supplies.

*

Greeting visitors and organising meetings from time to time

*

Take a lead on organising regular team social activities.

*

Managing diary entries for annual leave

*

Assisting with the preparation of project bid documents.

Key skills/experience required:

*

Previous experience in a similar role (2 years minimum)

*

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

*

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and using databases

*

You'll need 5 GCSE's including Maths & English
