Description:
One of my clients are looking for a Project Admminsitrator. This is a 6 months contract with possible further extension.
Must have previous experience working on projects.
* Assist with the production of specifications and project documents in accordance with the organising Standing Orders, best practise, and all relevant standards.
* Assist with and lead in some areas of tenant and leaseholder engagement throughout duration of retrofit projects, helping to ensure excellent customer service. This may include a variety of communications such as writing letters and producing fliers, organising access for surveys and home visits, telephone calls, emails, helping to organise in person and online engagement events.
* Support the preparation and issue of tender documents.
* Assist with preparation and submission of planning and Building Regulation applications.
* Provide monthly reporting data for funded projects, taking a lead in appropriate areas.
* Administrative support with the gathering of pre and post EPC data from Domestic Energy Assessors.
* Assist with preparation of bid or grant applications.
* Carry out any other duties as required by your line manager from time to time in accordance with the grading of the post.
