IT Programme Manager (PSX IT Integration)
6 Month Contract
Fully Remote
£468 per day (Inside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced Contract IT Programme Manager to lead the PSX IT Integration Programme, coordinating multiple technical workstreams to deliver a consistent, secure and supportable enterprise IT environment.

The programme covers employee technology migrations, Microsoft 365, endpoint/device deployment, collaboration tooling and cybersecurity remediation.

You will act as the central point of coordination across technical teams, business stakeholders, PMO and senior leadership, owning the integrated programme plan, governance, risks, dependencies and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain the integrated PSX IT Integration programme plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, actions and decisions.
Coordinate multiple technical and functional workstreams to ensure delivery against agreed timelines.
Drive accountability across distributed and geographically diverse teams.
Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies, risks and blockers.
Lead programme meetings and maintain accurate RAID logs.
Prepare executive status reports and Steering Committee materials.
Facilitate senior stakeholder meetings, clearly presenting risks, options, recommendations and decisions required.
Maintain programme schedules, financials and governance documentation within enterprise project management tools.
Track budget, forecast and actual spend, escalating material variances where required.
Work effectively across technical teams, business stakeholders, PMO and senior leadership.

Required Experience

Very strong experience managing complex, enterprise IT programmes.
Strong experience managing multiple concurrent technical workstreams and integrated project plans.
Good experience across IT infrastructure, technology transformation, employee technology migrations, workplace technology or M&A IT integration.
Strong experience across programme governance, RAID management, dependency management, financial management and executive reporting.
Proven experience preparing and facilitating Steering Committee and executive-level discussions.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business impacts and decisions.
Experience with enterprise project/portfolio management tools; Planview desirable.

Desirable Experience

Previous M&A IT integration or separation experience.
Enterprise employee/workplace technology migrations.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, end-user computing, identity/access, collaboration platforms and cybersecurity.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Email and enterprise endpoint/device deployments.
