Mostly remote but ability travel around South East Wales region is essential

The Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 provides for new Corporate Joint Committees (CJCs) as a mechanism for regional collaboration and a new form of regional economic governance.
This system of regional planning and investment provides a more consistent and democratically legitimate framework, into which CCR is currently integrating a range of existing regional growth programmes, including its City Deal.
Within the CJC Corporate Entity, maintaining high-order development and delivery capability focused on good and inclusive regional growth remains a critical priority. Business Growth across the region, working alongside Innovation, will play a critical role.
The Programme Management Business Partner will play a key role in turning strategy into successful programmes, working collaboratively to create lasting benefits for businesses, communities and the wider economy.
Leading the planning, development, mobilisation and delivery of high-value programmes, the postholder will provide strategic direction while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and benefits realisation.
