We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telco-focused Salesforce Program Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions specifically tailored to the needs of the Telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with business stakeholders across the Telco organization to understand their specific needs and challenges.
* Translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce configurations and workflows.
* Manage the implementation process of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet user expectations.
* Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports specific to Telco industry processes (e.g., subscriber management, service provisioning, order fulfillment).
* Develop and maintain data migration strategies for transitioning Telco data into Salesforce.
* Integrate Salesforce with other Telco-specific systems and applications.
* Develop and deliver training programs to ensure user adoption and proficiency with the new Salesforce platform.
* Continuously monitor and analyze Salesforce usage to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionality, particularly those relevant to the Telco industry.
* Manage and collaborate with external vendors and consultants involved in the Salesforce implementation process
