Job Title: Programme Manager - ERP Integration

They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a consolidated ERP system. This crucial role involves integrating various specialist systems, including iTrent, to streamline our operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the ERP consolidation programme, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Develop and manage a detailed project plan, outlining milestones, resources, and timelines.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Oversee the integration of other specialist systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage the programme budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.Experience:
Proven experience as a Programme Manager, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Strong background in ERP system implementation and integration.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.Location - you would likely be on site ~ Bristol between 1-3 days a week depending on the business requirements.
