Role Overview: As the Programme Director, you will be instrumental in driving our organization through a comprehensive technology implementation initiative. This 12-month contract position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the future of our company, overseeing the entire lifecycle of the programme from inception to successful execution.
Willingness to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the technology implementation programme, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration throughout all phases of the programme.
Establish clear project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, closely monitoring progress and mitigating risks as needed.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of programme delivery.
Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and other key partners, ensuring alignment and communication at all levels.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Programme Director or similar leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale technology implementations.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with the ability to develop and execute complex project plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards a shared vision.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in Programme Manager roles, demonstrating the ability to deliver programmes to a high level of quality and within specified timelines.
