This role will oversee and lead the development and implementation of the strategically important Executive Structure transformation project and maintain oversight of the Executive Development Plan in a large, complex NHS Organisaton. You will engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally to the organisation and will need demonstrable experience of leading cross-organisational transformation.
You will be the key lead for ensuring that the required system and behaviour changes are consistent with the ambition of the project and this will require highly developed facilitation skills. You will also have a clear understanding of the ambition for the Trust’s new Strategy and the Trust’s Cultural Transformation and ensure the executive structure and development plan areconsistent with these ambitions.
You will ensure oversight of financial performance, change impact and prioritisation across the programme working in a complex and dynamic environment where the ability to adapt and make informed and timely decisions will be vital.
The ability to work with senior operational and clinical leads to effectively network and manage stakeholders across functions, and across multiple-sites will be critical to success of a programme which will be a key enabler for the Trust’s strategy.
The postholder will be a member of the senior leadership team, attending the Executive Management Committee, with responsibility for delivering the Programme Scope and realising the agreed Benefits and Outcomes.
The role is mainly office based with HQ being in Crawley but regular travel will be required across Kent, Sussex and Surrey
