This is a key role within the Performance Marketing team that will play an important part in ensuring we deliver on our ambitious growth targets in the US.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial experience, with a track record of delivering positive performance and growth from Affiliates or other performance channels (e.g. PPC). This is a hands-on role, which requires excellent skills in performance campaign management including optimising and analysing data whilst working to ambitious growth targets in a fast-paced high opportunity sector.
This role will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and will include both campaign and partner management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee delivery of performance activity through our partner network in the US, including (but not limited to) -
*
* Day-to-day management, optimisation and analysis of programmatic/pay-for-performance campaigns with a focus on the US market, working to ambitious growth and profitability targets.
* Creative problem-solving to improve performance without increasing costs (e.g. through new integrations)
*
* Provide recommendations to internal partner and sale teams on appropriate target CPAs and CPCs for clients based on historical ad performance.
* Ensure partners are delivering quality converting traffic escalate troubleshoot issues to partner teams.
* Assist with onboarding of new partner traffic sources & respond to any related technical queries when required.
* Primary point of escalation for partner activity for programmatic (i.e. keeping on top of job feed issues, technical issues, queries, etc.)
* Identify new revenue streams and implementing these with traffic partners where appropriate.
* Negotiate discounts with partners where traffic is poor.
* Support expansion of CV-Library Group's new partner opportunity pipeline.
* Nurture relationships with key partners across all relevant markets through regular status meetings to discuss performance.
* Represent CV-Library at industry conferences and events, ensuring we're taking advantage of all valuable networking opportunities.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience of optimising partnerships/affiliates or other performance media activity (e.g. Paid Search). Experience in the recruitment, job board or job aggregator sector is ideal, but not essential.
* Experience in programmatic job advertising is a bonus.
* Proven ability to work proactively, independently and cross-functionally to drive revenue and business value.
* Strong numerical competency including the ability to quickly analyse and understand performance trends.
* Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
* Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent time management skills
* Proactive, confident and ability to work independently.
* Strong commercial acumen.
