Recruitment Manager – Professional Services - MDE Group, Bristol, Central

Salary: Up to £65,000 base + £100k OTE

Working Pattern: Mon-Fri

The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced and dynamic billing Recruitment Manager with a background in professional services recruitment seeking a new challenge to establish your own division where you can set your own strategy and lead the direction of your team? MDE UK are seeking to expand into the Professional Services market and build out its capability to attract and place the best finance, HR, office support, marketing and back-office hires in our existing markets and to expand locally within the South West and along the M4 corridor. We would like an experienced Recruitment Manager to head up this new venture and build out a team of recruiters working with the SMT to deliver upon growth strategy for 2024 and into 2025. You can come from any background of recruitment in the commercial and professional services space, and must have a track record in establishing a new division and taking it to year-on-year growth.

Responsibilities:

• Set the strategy and direction for MDE Professional Services working with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team

• Establishing a new division for MDE UK expanding our business lines to service the Professional Services market locally and in our existing markets

• Driving sales activity to ensure all team targets are met

• Developing sales consultants to become high performers and identify and develop future team leaders

• Monitoring team’s activity daily to ensure sales targets are hit

• Deep diving into recruitment consultant’s business, call Listening, deskside coaching

• Conducting and documenting 1-2-1 Appraisals

• Inducting new employees

• Mentoring inexperienced staff in MDE recruitment process

• Guiding and supporting recruiters setting up desks in new verticals

• Conducting weekly sales meetings, reviewing open vacancy list ensuring; new vacancy information adequately gathered, all roles advertised, min of 3 CV’s sent to all open roles, adequate resources assigned

• Maintaining sales forecast tool, and providing input to monthly management report

• Produce bids, tenders, client pitches and sales brochures to win new business for MSPs and RPOs

• Providing input for budget forecasts

• Personal billings on own recruitment desk

Requirements:

• Proven experience in establishing a new division and delivering YOY growth across P&L and financial metrics

• Happy to start-up a new division as a billing manager and establish a new team of recruiters from the ground up

• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of outstanding results.

• 5 years+ experience in recruitment

• Solid track record of achieving sales targets

• Demonstratable success in wining and growing new accounts

• Demonstratable success mentoring and coaching less experienced consultants
