Productive Supervisor

Description
We currently have a vacancy for a Productive Supervisor to join a busy commercial vehicle workshop.
Salary – Up to £22 per hour DOE
Overtime at time and a half.
Double time on Sundays and bank holidays.
£120 per week call-out allowance when on standby.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday: 07:00–15:00 / 15:00–23:00 (rotating shifts).
Alternative Saturdays: 08:00–12:00 (overtime at time and a half).
The Productive Supervisor Role
Supervise and support technicians with their daily duties.
Manage workshop workflow and prioritise jobs.
Coach and guide the team.
Maintain standards of vehicle maintenance and repair.
Ensure work is completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Previous supervisory or team leader experience, or ambition to progress into a leadership role.
Commercial vehicle workshop experience, ideally with HGVs or buses.
Full UK driving licence; HGV licence advantageous.
Good communication, organisational and basic IT skills.
