Join a dynamic team as a Night Shift Production Manager. Seeking a motivated and experienced professional to oversee the night shift operations. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team to meet production goals.

As the Night Shift Production Manager, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations, leading our production staff with a focus on recruitment, training, appraisals, and handling grievances and disciplinary matters. You'll foster a proactive, team-oriented culture that ensures positive employee relations.

You'll be instrumental in implementing new quality systems and procedures, guiding the company through BRC Accreditation and maintaining high standards of product quality. If there are any deviations from these standards, you'll ensure corrective actions are promptly taken.

Your role involves directing the production team to meet schedules and delivery dates, implementing best practices, and continuously improving operational methods to keep our plant competitive. You'll identify and address potential problem areas, offering technical advice on production methods.

Hands-on assistance with shop floor production will be part of your duties as needed, ensuring effective housekeeping and maintenance of plant and equipment in line with Health and Safety regulations. Your leadership will be key to maintaining a smooth, efficient, and high-quality production environment.

The Role:

Lead production staff with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
Implement quality systems, securing BRC Accreditation.
Maintain and enforce product quality standards.
Direct team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Identify and resolve production challenges.
Provide hands-on support for shop floor production.
Ensure housekeeping and equipment maintenance.What you'll need:

Food processing industry experience
Knowledgeable in Health & Safety legislation and quality standards
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
Excellent oral and written communication, with effective presentation skills
Results-driven and proactive
Computer literate
