Description:

Due to our continued growth Electrogear is looking for a Production Wiring Operator to join our team building electrical and electronic assemblies.

This hands-on role includes wire harness assembly, cable looms, soldering, connector termination, and system builds using engineering drawings and schematics.

Key Responsibilities

* Build wire harnesses and cable assemblies

* Assemble prototype electrical systems and control panels

* Read schematics and wiring diagrams

* Perform soldering and connector termination

* Carry out continuity and basic electrical testing

* Work with engineers to resolve wiring issues

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience

Required:

* 2+ years experience in electrical or electronic assembly

* Experience with crimp tools, soldering irons, wire strippers, and multimeters

* Ability to read schematics and technical drawings

* Strong attention to detail

Preferred:

* IPC certifications such as IPC WHMA-A-620 or IPC J-STD-001
