Description:
My client based in Middlesbrough is looking for an experienced Production Trainer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Experience within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Duties:
Organise, develop and maintain documents relating to operating procedures, works instructions and procedures.
Work with different levels of management to ensure the correct level of staffing is kept within the business.
Ensure all procedures are kept up to date and are clear.
Organise ways to improve teams.
Coach teams in the application of safety tools.
Challenge, check and change any training to achieve better results.
Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Salary: £29,925 PA
