Job Title: Production Technician
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000
Hours – 2 shifts available to pick from
Early shift: Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm (10% shift premium)
Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday 1.30pm to 10pm (20% shift premium)
Job Type: Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Technician to join a market leading manufacturing business on a permanent basis
The role of Production Technician:
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Carry out secondary processing activities using a range of specialist machinery and equipment.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to understand requirements, prioritise workloads, and deliver against agreed schedules.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of internal processes and capabilities.
Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards across all areas of work.
The Production Technician should have the following skills and experience:
Experience within manufacturing is essential
Previous experience in an additive manufacturing environment would be beneficial
Confident operating machinery
Good attention to detail
Reliable
