Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely output.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of production processes and health and safety regulations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
