Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a well established local production company as a Team Leader, initially on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent.
You will be working on the shop floor managing a small team of staff who will be both skilled general operatives as well as machine operators. You will be responsible for managing and planning the workload for the department, checking the quality of the finished work and making sure that timescales are adhered to and work is finished within set timescales. You will also be hands on in the role and will be using the various machines.
You must have previous experience of working within a production and manufacturing environment and be able to manage and motivate a team of people.
The hours of work are 7.30am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
