As a Production Support Operative, you'll be supporting multiple areas across the factory, learning different lines and helping wherever support is needed.
 
One day you could be working on the plate polishing line assisting the lead operator ...the next learning how to polish coils...then helping with the flat bar department.... Or covering the Circe Polishing line when the operator is on holiday.
 
That's why this Production Support Operative position suits someone like you, who enjoys learning new skills, working with different people and understanding how the whole production process comes together.
 
You're not expected to know every process, every machine...You'll learn and train on the job.

£26,437 salary.
Fixed day shift, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm.
