You will play an integral role overseeing the production team, with a focus on continuous improvement, whilst coordinating transport to ensure these products are delivered on schedule to clients sites, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the company continues to be the national leader within industrial glass.

This role would suit a hands on production supervisor who is passionate about coordination and continuous improvement, looking to uphold the company's reputation as a high quality manufacturer.

The Role:

1 to 1 training to become a production manager
Control production ensuring that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to expected quality
Organise production schedules, monitoring and improving productivity
Supervising staff and providing effective leadership
Oversee day-to-day operations and customer deliveries
Coordinating the transport fleet in terms of distribution and delivery operations including routes and schedules for the branch
Ensuring a high standard of health and safety and equipment maintenance
