Skills and Experience Required:

* Experience in manufacturing, preferably within aerospace or a related industry.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
* Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
* Certification in Fire Marshal Training and First Aid would be advantageous.
