This Production Supervisor role offers the chance to lead a busy production team in a hands-on environment. You will coordinate daily activity, support colleagues and help deliver output while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and hygiene.

As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

·      Lead, motivate and support production operatives to meet daily targets and maintain a positive working environment

·      Plan and allocate work across the shift, monitoring progress and responding to changes in production priorities

·      Maintain quality, hygiene, health and safety standards, escalating issues and ensuring procedures are followed

·      Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste and work with colleagues to improve efficiency and consistency

·      Train and coach team members, communicate clear handovers and keep accurate production records

As a Production Supervisor, you will need:

·      Experience leading or supervising a team in food production, FMCG, packaging, horticulture or a similar fast-paced environment

·      Confidence organising people and workloads while meeting production, quality and safety requirements

·      A practical, approachable leadership style, clear communication and the ability to solve problems on the shop floor

You will suit this position if you enjoy being visible on the shop floor, helping your team perform at its best and taking ownership of the day-to-day running of production.
