SRS Recruitment are one the UK’s leading Construction Product Recruiters, is proud to be representing a leading Bespoke Joinery Manufacturer that is expanding its operations. As part of this growth, our client is seeking a dynamic and experience PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to join their team.

Reporting to: Managing Director

As PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR you will be responsible for the day to day running of the factory floor, ensuring every project runs safely, efficiently and on time. The role is hands-on and working alongside the production team and supervise daily manufacturing activities. As PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR you will be responsible for maintaining control of production, ensuring every live project remains organized.

Key Responsibilities as PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

* Organise & supervise the daily workload across the factory

* Allocate work to production staff according to priorities.

* Ensure production follows the agreed manufacturing process

* Understanding customer needs and requirements

* Communicate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success

* Monitor progress through the day

* Resolve production issues quickly and effectively

Skills & Experience Required as PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

* Experience within bespoke joinery, cabinet making or furniture manufacturing

* Previous supervisory or team leader experience within a manufacturing environment

* Good understanding of woodworking machinery and production processes

* Ability to read manufacturing drawings

* Confident and professional

* Effective communication skills

* Good organization skills
