Job Purpose
To manage the late-shift manufacturing team, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Production and Planning
* Plan and prioritise daily production to meet customer deadlines.
* Ensure materials, staff and equipment are available.
* Monitor production performance and minimise downtime and waste.
* Maintain accurate production records and update company systems.
* Report production and maintenance issues promptly.
Staff Management
* Manage and support production staff to achieve targets.
* Monitor performance, attendance and timekeeping.
* Communicate priorities and conduct toolbox talks.
* Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Shifts-
Monday- Thursday 4pm- 2.30pm
