This Shift Manager is a unique role that requires a professional who has operated in large scale food manufacturing operations and understands what good looks like.

It is a role that gives you accountability, to be the go-to for everything and provide support and guidance for all departments on site.

This Food Manufacturing business are well established in the South Yorkshire area, have a team of over 800 with strong future growth plans.

They will be leaning on you to bring stability and performance to the shift, ensuring optimum output whilst maintaining a focus on quality, safety and engagement amongst the team. They have a big CI agenda, headed up by the CI team who will look for you to drive activity on the night shift and lead improvements where you see necessary.

Ultimately, this will be leading the shift, however if you have ambition to develop and progress then future opportunities in the SLT will be in reach.
