Production Setter
Pontyclun
Circa £24,000 plus shift allowance + Overtime + Holidays + Benefits.
Monday to Friday 2 shift system (Mornings and Afternoons)
DO YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A PRODUCTION LINE SETTER OR EXPERIENCE WORKING IN FMCG MANUFACTURING?
This is a full-time permanent role within a very long standing and well-established brand that is also part of a wider group of successful brands.
The role will be suited to candidates that have previous experience working as a production line setter or those that have experience working within a Manufacturing environment. Those that have experience working in a large-scale food safe environment should also apply.
As a production setter you would be responsible for setting up and operating production lines in the business. This will include changing parts and preparing parts ready for use and adhering to targets to ensure production targets are met. Other duties include general housekeeping, basic maintenance, and continuous improvements.

* Set production lines and change/prepare parts
* Follow production plans.
